This week Avonhead kindy came to vsit us. They enjoyed learning some new waiata at kapa haka, joined us for a story and activity then had kai with us before walking back to their place. It was lovely to catch up with some old friends and meet some new ones who will be starting with us this year.
On Friday we made Mother's Day cards for our very special mums. We hope all our mums have a wonderful day on Sunday.
We have been practising for the cross country next week. Here we are at the park walking the course so we know where to go on race day.
We watched a video of some ducklings trying to climb up some steps. We liked the way they kept on trying until they succeeded. We keep on trying when we have tricky things to do too! Then we made some very cute ducklings for D week.
